September Meeting – Dena Creamer

September 17 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm CDT

Creative Nature Photography through Camera Painting

Presented by Dena Creamer Intentional Camera Movement (ICM) is sometimes referred to as camera painting due to the painterly, ethereal images that can be produced. This particular effect is not by chance or haphazard. Dena will share knowledge about specific techniques, tools, and how application of conventional photographic principles can make dreamy, one of a kind images to complement the photographer’s repertoire. Dena Creamer, aka Imagery By DenaC, is a nature photographer living in the beautiful Arkansas Ozarks. Her work has been featured in numerous publications, group exhibits, and ‘Arkansas Impressions’, a solo exhibit at Fort Smith Regional Art Museum. Her portfolio includes landscapes, astro, birds, flowers and vintage lens work, with intentional camera movement, (ICM), being her favorite technique to create ethereal and impressionistic images.
